"I set up a call with Shahin Chear- my State Farm Agent -to discuss my automobile’s policy. Leah Drost from her office called at the scheduled time and was ready to review my policy, explain any changes and find solutions beneficial to both of us. Leah was great. Leah explained several options to lower my premium but keep me well insured in this very litigious society. When it was all done, Leah was able to reduce my premium by several hundred dollars. We even set up another review session for my homeowners policy later in the year. Leah was wonderful, knowledgeable and knows where to look for discounts. State Farm and customers are lucky to have an employee like Leah!"
