"It has always been a pleasure having Ms Shahin and her team as my StateFarm agent. I been with StateFarm since my first license back in 2001. Moved to Georgia and had StateFarm there as well. Moved back 2016 to orange county and got AAA because my mom had it. After 6 months I reached out to Shanin's office she helped save me $70 less then what I was paying. Well recently, last week, I called and spoke with Brenda because my car premium was suddenly $100 more. After looking through my account, Brenda was determined to find the root cause of this (had 3-4 claims pending/closed) . She was able to better clarify what had happened because I couldn't. But after that even going the extra mile to help lower premium without lessening my liability. Finally has some time off to write this small happy review. Thanks Brenda! Thanks Shanin for your superb, dedicated team and last thanks to StateFarm for being the only insurance I recommend to all those around me."
